Our comprehensive education workshops are structured in three progressive tiers, with each level strategically building upon the foundation established in the previous one. We can tailor our workshops to meet the specific needs of each client.
Leadership Fundamentals (16 modules)

John Kaszuba: Principal Instructor

John Kaszuba has served as an executive, advisor to executives, and as a coach and mentor. He is also a public speaker. While much of his career has been within the healthcare industry, John has served in the U.S. Army and worked in the advertising, construction, manufacturing, newspaper, retail, and restaurant industries.
John's leadership path started in the U.S. Army, where he completed 8.5 months of intensive, practical leadership instruction in different military leadership programs. John began active duty as a private first class (E-3) and after attaining the rank of sergeant (E-5) he completed Army Officer Candidate School and was commissioned as a second lieutenant. John served as a junior officer in combat arms units. He attained the rank of Captain and was awarded the Army Achievement Medal, two Army Commendation Medals, and the Bronze Star Medal (Meritorious).
Following military service, John started a career in the healthcare sector, beginning in a manager role, where he continued to utilize and grow his leadership acumen to advance to executive positions. In 2022, John Kaszuba started sharing his leadership my insights and experiences at state, regional, and national professional healthcare association conferences. In 2024, he published "Ignite Your Leadership Potential. The Ultimate Success Guide."
This book is a culmination of his knowledge and lessons and is meant to serve as a guide for aspiring leaders and those at the start of their careers.
